On the evening of July 26, 2020, we received an electric hoist enquiry from Qatar.

“We are looking for four no. of hoist winch with trolley with below capacity of 1 or 1.5 t, 52 to 55mtr lifting height along with travelling length of 3mtr.”

The customer is in construction industry, needs 4 units electric hoist of 1t or 1.5t with 52-55m lifting height. The running length of the electric hoist is only 3m, which is very important information.

We studied the customer's needs and sent him 1.5t-50m CD type electric wire rope hoist quotation. Due to the high lifting height, the hoist drum will be designed be very long, and the hoist's running distance is only 3m, so the actual running length of the hoist becomes very small, which is equivalent to fixing the hoist there. Then we immediately sent the electric chain hoist solution to the customer. With the same parameters, electric chain hoist can effectively improve the actual running range.

Customer also agree with this plan and renewed the product parameters as 2t-55m(2 units) and 1t-35m(2 units).

We recalculated the electric chain hoist price again. After that, the technical details and piece weight were communicated with the customer in detail, the PI was checked and confirmed, and the customer arranged the payment.
