find the enclosed I BEAM drawing pls, it is your current rail size for the crane, if so, we will produce the crane wheels according to this I BEAM you provided to us before.
regarding the proforma invoice, it includes crane value and sea freight both, it is workable for you to pay for the 50% of the crane value in advance, and then process the sea freight when delivery, but one point i need to clarify, the sea cost only including sea freight, no including the container price, when you received the goods, you have to return the container to shipping company, it is estimated to need 4pcs to load these 4 cranes.

According to the trade regulations of Yuantai Crane, production can only be arranged after receiving the customer's advance payment to avoid unnecessary troubles. At the beginning of July, after receiving Muhammad's advance payment, Barley made final confirmation on some key information and customers before production. This action has indeed played its due role, Muhammad confirmed that the thickness of the weld needs to be reduced from 25mm to 15mm. If there is no information confirmation, we will produce according to the incorrect size.
I-beam size revised
It took the production department more than a month to complete the production of these overhead cranes. Barley gave feedback on the production progress to the customer, and it can be packed and shipped after receiving the final payment. The lifting equipment we export to Nigeria usually requires SONCAP certification, and Muhammad also mentioned this to us. Therefore, we carried out the SONCAP certification before delivery and submitted it to the customer for use.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our engineers were unable to provide overseas installation services, so the entire project could only be installed by the customer’s team. The following are some installation reference files sent to customers.
